Philip Bridges is the lead pastor at Hope City Church. He graduated from Christian Life College in Stockton, California, in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in theology. Since then, he has been in full-time ministry serving as youth pastor, assistant pastor, and now as lead pastor. Pastor Bridges is a captivating speaker who successfully engages and communicates well with all age groups. He is married to the love of his life, Terra.
Tom serves as an Elder and Board Member at Hope City. Tom is pictured with his wife, Linda.
Brett is our Men’s Ministry Director. Our Men’s Ministry equips men to become spiritual leaders who possess a strong relationship with God through spiritual growth, personal development, church ministry, and community involvement. Hope City’s Men’s Ministry seeks to provide the opportunity for men to be a positive influence in their families, the church, and the community.
Tim & Crystal lead Hope City Student Ministries-Ages 11-17. Our Student Ministry provides a safe environment for young people from all walks of life where they can be themselves while being developed by Godly teaching, preaching, worship services, programs and social events and activities. Our student ministry is relevant for today and provides each student the same opportunity to grow closer to God, make new friends, have fun, and help prepare for adulthood.

Tim leads the Outreach Department for Hope City Church by connecting with and assisting in the needs within our community. We are a proud sponsor with VIDA! Tim also organizes various outreach efforts throughout the year and as needs arise within our community.
Hope City Kids is Team Led and Rachelle leads this team! Rachelle has a love, burden and passion for children and their growth in God! Rachelle has served in Children’s Ministry in some capacity for over 30 years!
Liz leads Hope City’s Photography and Promotions Team capturing special moments and events!
Kurt Lex is an Elder and Board Member at Hope City.
Kurt has the important task of organizing our Life Groups! This is an exciting part of Hope City, where we as a church participate in Life Groups throughout the year with friends that have the same interests! We can’t wait for you to be a part of our Life Groups!
Kurt has a burden for Newbies of Hope City and their transition from Newbie to A-Team member! Hope City has a clear, concise, and compelling path for everyone when you are ready to take that next step! Every week we offer classes called “First Steps” that are taught for four weeks. First Steps is where you learn more about Hope City! We help you discover your passion and where you would like to serve!
We also provide childcare for our First Steps classes!
Pat is the First Impressions Ministry Director at Hope City! Pat makes sure that all of the small details are done with excellence. Pat is pictured with his wife Debbie.
Sharon oversees the Ladies Prayer Ministry at Hope City and serves as one of our Care Group Leaders.
Crystal Kopiske currently serves as the Secretary and Music Director of Hope City Church. Crystal has a passion for music as well as growth within the music team! When you visit Hope City, our prayer is that you would be moved through worship and your heart prepared to receive the Word of God.
Mae leads our Greeter Ministry at Hope City Church, taking special focus and care within the First Impression Ministry, Mae frequently researches and trains her team to make sure all that walk through the doors know they are welcomed! Mae also serves as one of our Care Group Leaders.
